I did not know that Dave Matthews endorsed local municipal candidates.
I learned that "Droopy Skin'' can be used to describe a bank robbery suspect, who knew.

I learned that the president winning the Nobel Peace Prize is cause for celebration not because it happened, but because it will make his detractors very upset

After being gone for a while, we are back, with less staff, and more terrible ideas. Here is what we learned today:

Old people start a lot of fires.
Crazy people should go to live with the sisters in a convent.
That more people = more funny.
A moon bombing tomorrow what could be better. Answer: TWO moon bombings??
The greatest generation is a bunch of pyromaniacs.

Special edition of What did we learn today. Its been a bad day at the home office, here are a couple of things that we learned:

In times like this, i think we need to turn to the wise words of Wilson Phillips who sing a song that urges us to hold on for one more day.

Took a couple of days off, now we are back:

I learned that the application process is harder for Yale then being Sectary of State.
I learned that having a HD DVR is amazing.

Yesterday we did not learn anything, but today has been different:

I think that I learned that I attended Lilith Fair today.
I learned that we can clean up this place all we want, it will still be a crap-hole and we will still probably lose our jobs.
I learned that the stupid story I'm writing has been given much more importance than it deserves.

The weekend is over and were are getting back to the learning:

I learned that I'm very predictable.

What a let down, here are some of things that we learned on "let down day:"

I learned that today feels like the day after Christmas only without the new toys.
I learned that Will I Am isn't really used to being a hologram.
I learned that parents do not understand that there children work for a living, traditionally from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Its the Election Day and that can mean only one thing, food, food and votes. Here are some of things that we learned today:

I learned that we will all have a new president and a new waste line after tonight is over.
I learned that some co-workers are never allowed to pick online videos again.
I learned that our company is a non-profit.
I learned that even the captain of the chess team can talk the prom queen into bed.
I learned I need sleep.

Some photographers got kicked out of high school.
Fisherman are friendly and like to talk a lot.
I learned that I could go shake someone down in my outfit.

I learned that using the word schenanigans in a story means 10 bonus point.
I learned that jersey devil folk music can sound and awful lot like stairway to heaven.

I learned that my life is turning into a Hugh Grant movie.

The World Series is supposed to start up again today and there is plenty to learn. Here are a couple of things that we learned.

I learned today that I really am a boring person.
I learned that some people do not like loud noises.
I learned that the the sky is falling and the question now is how many people will be left to cover it.
I learned that mothers who love their children make real pasta.
I learned that I'm seriously considering going to WaWa for a hot chocolate because its frickin freezing in here Mr. Bigglesworth.

I learned that I work with Tom Cruise from Cocktail and never knew it.
I learned that we are all screwed.
I learned that illegals are taking all of the local prostitution jobs.
I learned that my fancy journalism degree is worth nothing, but an email.
I learned my cubicle mate can't make it through an 8 hour work day without a nap.
